Welcome to our Florida Keys retreat! Enjoy the amazing waterfront views and ocean breeze from your completely private back yard while relaxing, drinking your morning coffee or reading a book. Have a cookout in the secluded back patio where there is a sofa, love seat and a large chair for all guests to seat comfortably. You are just a short walk from the famous Cabana Club where you can enjoy the sun and sand at the beach or a cocktail while at the heated and cooled pool. Havana Jacks restaurant is also just a quick walk away for a waterfront cocktail, lunch or dinner.
This elevated ground level, single family home is completely updated, very spacious and has an open floor plan offering more than enough space to bring a family of 7! Watch your favorite shows or a football game on the large flatscreen tv in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped for all of your cooking desires. All new stainless-steel appliances, breakfast bar seating for 4 and outside waterfront seating for 5. Bringing your boat? This home has an ample amount of dockage, 60 ft, for all of your ocean adventures. There is also a set of boat davits available upon request for no larger than a 21ft boat. Water and electric at the dock along with a fish cleaning station and an outdoor shower to rinse off. There is a fridge and freezer located on the back patio where you can store your refreshments, fish and bait, please do not bring it inside to the kitchen freezer!
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, flat screen tv, two side dressers and one large dresser. This room has canal view from the sliding glass door heading to the private back patio. There is a walk-in closet right before the in-suite master bathroom featuring a large jacuzzi tub, stand up shower and two separate vanities.
Each of the two guest rooms have a queen size bed, flat screen tv, closet space and a dresser. One of the guest rooms has a sliding glass door that leads to the private back patio.
There is a guest bathroom in the hallway with a tub and shower.
A full-sized washer and dryer can be found in the storage off of the kitchen.
Linens and towels are provided with the rental.
Other amenities include: wifi, cable tv, central ac, bbq grill, toaster oven, coffee maker, washer and dryer, and bait freezer on patio.
The city of Key Colony Beach offers a basketball court, tennis, bocce balls, horse shoes and a children’s playground. There is also extra boat trailer storage available for a small weekly fee if needed. Key Colony has many shops and restaurants that are within walking distance to this home. There are sidewalks throughout the whole city of Key Colony Beach for your safety. Take a short drive to view gorgeous sunsets from Sunset Park at the top of 12th St.
