Welcome to paradise at South Creek! This gorgeous 4/3 with a private pool and dockage welcomes you with its nautical decor. Enjoy the stunning sunsets/ sunrises from the balcony off of the living room with outside seating.
This property offers a heated private pool for an additional fee, a propane BBQ, bait freezer, dockage, water/electric at dock, fish cleaning station, wifi, a completely stocked kitchen, washer and dryer and a short bike ride/walk to the beach.
The first floor has the kitchen, living and dining room as well as a full bathroom with tub and a bedroom with a queen sized bed.
The second floor:
The master bedroom has a king sized bed, overlooks the water and has an en suite bathroom with stand up shower and double vanity.
The guest room has a queen sized bed and the 2nd guest room has a bunk bed with a twin and full bed. There is a full bathroom with tub in the hallway for the guest rooms to share.
The Villa is centrally located in the heart of Marathon. Plenty of restaurants, stores, activities (aquarium, dolphin research center, turtle hospital, art studio, fishing charter boats, snorkeling, kite boarding, kayaking, jet skiing), Sombrero Beach, play grounds, and so much more right here in Marathon.
