Catch-n-relax at our wonderful 3/2 SFH with dockage & private pool in the heart of the Florida Keys. Enjoy a cup of coffee or margarita on the balcony watching the sunrise/sunset.

The master has a king size bed with an en-suite bathroom and large walk-in closet. Each of the two guest rooms have a queen bed and there is a full guest bathroom in hallway.

Cook your favorite meals in our fully equipped kitchen and or propane bbq outside.

Plenty of onsite parking. Absolutely NO smoking & NO pets

There is 35 ft of dockage for your boat. Plenty of trailer parking space as well as parking for your vehicles under the carport.

Our 18ft boat looked tiny on the large available dockage. The boat can be launched right aroud the corner on Aviation...this was so convenient.

The balcony faces the sunset, and a 3 minute troll in the boat brings you to a beautiful spot to do tubing and to watch the sunset from the boat. read less
