2/2 half duplex located on West Ocean Dr in Key Colony Beach.
This unit has a king bed in the master and two twins in the guest room. The home will sleep 4 people maximum. It does not have canal access however there are plenty of parking spaces if you will be bringing a boat to leave on a trailer in the driveway.
You will have a Cabana Club membership to use the pool and beach. There is central AC, bbq, wi-fi internet, tv in both bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen.
Key Colony Beach park features includes a 9-hole golf course, walking and jogging course, children’s playground, horseshoes, bocce ball, tennis and basketball courts.
