The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and is stocked so you can dine in or cook your fresh catch on the bbq down at the docks. Relax and enjoy a cold margarita out on the secluded balcony while overlooking the ocean. This unit is very peaceful as it is situated on property with only 4 other units close by!
The 1st floor features the kitchen, dining room, living room and a half bathroom. 2nd floor will have your 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. It is equipped with a washer and dryer so you can do your laundry if needed.
The master has a king-sized pillow top (very comfortable) mattress, flat screen TV and its own balcony with Gulf views. The bathroom comes with his and hers vanity, a stand-up glassed shower and separate tub.
The guest room has a queen-size pillow top (very comfortable) mattress and a flat screen TV.
The third bedroom comes with two twin pillow top (very comfortable) beds and a flat screen TV.
The two guest rooms have a smaller shared balcony overlooking the carport area. Also they share a guest bathroom in the hallway.
Indigo Reef is a gated community sitting on 10 acres with a beautiful, natural Florida Keys landscape. There is a fitness center if you would like to keep your workout schedule while on vacation, a community pool, ice machine and 30ft of dockage per unit.
This unit can sleep up to 8 people but please note there is only bedding for 6. You are allowed to bring an air mattress for the additional 2 people if needed.
