This Unit is on the second floor and accessible by elevator or stairs. It has two back to back reserved parking spots near the elevator. The parking spots are under the building and one is fully covered and the other is open to the air. And, it has two balconies overlooking the pool and ocean. The main balcony has a dining table and four chairs. Cable television and internet are included for your convenience. The unit has a new King bed in the master bedroom and new televisions for the living area and master bedroom area. The unit is equipped with sheets, towels, and kitchenware to make your stay a pleasant one.
Castillo is a quiet community perfect for a couple who loves to take in Ocean views and Ocean life. It is a perfect location for long walks in Key Colony Beach. HOA rules require 30 day rental, so if you would like 30 days starting in the middle of the month, please let us know.
