Property Description
3/2 single family home with 50ft of dockage. Right down the street from Sombrero Beach! There is a home connected at the same terrace but the homes are not side by side (meaning no walls of the house are joined)!! The other home has tenants year round and you will not be bothered whatsoever!
This home has 2 queen beds, one in the master and one in the guest room. In the upstairs loft there are two twin beds as well. Please note that no child under the age of 10 can be in the upstairs loft! It is a steep spiral stairway. The kitchen is fully equipped as well as the bathrooms with towels and the rooms with linens and comforters. There is a spacious living room to enjoy watching tv, chat with friends and family and or look out at the beautiful canal view. On the patio there is a table and chairs as well if you would like to eat dinner outside and watch the sunset! Downstairs there is a brand new bbq, and folding chairs for the beach (inside storage). Provided under the home is a covered parking area. There is plenty of dock space (please no rafting of boats) and there is also plenty of trailer parking in the driveway.
Try the local restaurants or take a trip to Key West, less than an hour’s drive from the resort. Make arrangements for snorkeling or deep sea fishing, or visit Marathon’s Dolphin Research Center and swim with the dolphins. Take an evening stroll to Seven Mile Bridge and witness a spectacular sunset!
I welcome all our guests, but request that smoking be limited to the terrace only! Sorry, no pets allowed. Please note: regulations require a 7- night minimum stay! I cannot honor inquiries for less than 7 nights.
